Dr Sara Yeoh is a compassionate gynaecological oncologist dedicated to the prevention and treatment of gynaecological cancers. She is committed to providing personalised, high-quality care, supporting not only her patients but also their families through every stage of diagnosis and treatment. She provides comprehensive care with a strong emphasis on empathy, respect and focussing on each woman’s overall wellbeing.
She completed her obstetrics and gynaecology training at Monash Medical Centre and Eastern Health, followed by advanced subspecialty training in gynaecological oncology at Monash Medical Centre, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, and Christchurch Women’s Hospital in New Zealand. Through her training, she has gained extensive experience in both benign and complex gynaecological conditions, and has developed expertise in minimally invasive surgery.
Dr Yeoh welcomes referrals for:
- Gynaecological cancers (uterine, ovarian, cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and fallopian tube)
- Suspected gynaecological malignancy
- Pre-cancerous conditions and abnormal cervical screening, including colposcopy
- Women at increased genetic or familial risk (including BRCA and Lynch syndrome)
- Complex gynaecological conditions requiring surgical management, such as ovarian cysts and uterine masses
In addition to her private practice, Dr Sara Yeoh holds public appointments at Mercy Hospital for Women and Eastern Health. Alongside her commitment to patient care, she is passionate about teaching and is actively involved in surgical education, clinical training, and mentoring junior doctors and medical students. She values working within a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care for her patients.
